My name is Philippa Clarke, and I am the owner of Red Carpet Cleaning Services Ltd. The business has evolved from cleaning solely soft furnishings, to the full commercial and domestic service offering of today. I have always taken great pride in making clients premises look smart and comfortable. Since starting the business, I have learned much about about cleaning on a professional basis, and this helps greatly when assessing a new commercial client’s business, or home to clean. My own background is varied, mostly working in marketing and customer service environments. This has always been important as part of my own job satisfaction, with the main difference being my business is the excellent customer service we offer. For the domestic cleaning service, our housekeepers provide an excellent
service week on week, and we run a loyalty scheme to ensure you as the customer, always get the very best house clean each week.

This venture will hopefully become full time and I would like to branch out into other areas related to the home. People lead such busy lives these days, a little helping hand from a Hero is just what is needed for many families, giving them the time to get on with life and having fun.
